We are delighted that you have chosen to enhance your foodservice sector carbon management knowledge by studying FCP.
FCP is a science-based blended learning programme delivered through FEA Academy. The learning pathway features a mix of presentations, recorded audio, virtual tutorials, reading materials, multiple choice questions, and short answer questions.
Course content has been curated by Dr Sam Mudie, Senior Consulant at Hospitality Energy Saving and Energy Officer at University of Reading so we are confident that you will develop a level of understanding that enhances your professional development.
The Core Module and your chosen elective module will provide you with a fundamental guide to sustainability in the context of the foodservice equipment sector. You will be enabled with the knowledge and confidence to determine and advise on the most beneficial carbon-conscious approach to your day-to-day operations and implement behavioural change.
